For actions that hurt the NBA, Ja Morant got a 25-game suspension.
A 25-game suspension without pay was handed down by the NBA on Friday to Ja Morant,
a standout for the Memphis Grizzlies, for actions that were detrimental to the league.
The suspension of Morant will start right away and last until the first quarter of the 2023–24 regular season.
The NBA also stated that in order for Morant to be restored, he would have to follow specific rules. Meanwhile,
Morant can't take part in any open league or team events, even preseason games, while his suspension is in effect.
His previous suspension was for eight games in March, and this is his second suspension in as many months for posting images of a gun online.
