In Tuesday's 105-100 Game 4 victory over the Dallas Mavericks, Karl-Anthony Towns scored 25 points
breaking out of his shooting slump. During their joint postgame news conference, Anthony Edwards added one more assist for the All-Star big man.
After Towns' coach, Chris Finch, admitted that Game 3 was "hard to watch" due to its disastrous outcome,
Edwards stepped in to answer the question of what changed instead of Towns.
"Everything came together for him; he was super confident," said Edwards. He was instrumental, and he delivered huge. Our victory tonight was due to him.
Towns helped the Wolves overcome their 0-3 start to the Western Conference finals by shooting 9 for-13 from the field and 4-for-5 from beyond the ar
He had a dismal shooting record going into the game, going only 15 for 54 (27.8%). That included a dismal 3 for 23 performance from outside the arc (13%).
"KAT's a great player," Finch remarked passionately. His hardships will eventually end. By himself, he got moving. We continued to abandon him even after he got himself into serious difficulties.
