Ingredients: 1 turkey breast, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp olive oil, ½ lemon juiced, ½ cup chicken stock, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 cup fresh spinach (optional), 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, and 2 Tbsp capers.
Combine the marinade ingredients in a sealable bag or plastic container. Add the turkey and toss to coat.
