NBA Insider Reveals Sixers’ Threat Level to Land Lakers’ LeBron Jame

Among the teams vying for a third star this summer, the Philadelphia 76ers are said to be courting LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Even though James probably won't hit free agency this summer, he could if he declines his player option for the 2024–2024 NBA season.

Speculation in the NBA has said that James wants to get a contract as soon as this season.

If LeBron and the Lakers can't come to an agreement, he may be willing to play it safe in free agency and look into other possibilities.

Daryl Morey's Philadelphia front office is rumored to be interested

in acquiring the future Hall of Famer LeBron James if he becomes available.

The Sixers appear to be long bets to sign LeBron James right now, which is a major bummer.

Brian Windhorst of ESPN said this week that the Lakers are "extremely well-positioned" to keep James for the upcoming season and beyond
