1-sliced toasted whole-wheat bread 1/4 avocado, mashed  

½ cup washed and drained canned white beans Kosher salt to taste  

Ground pepper to taste 1 sprinkle crushed red pepper  

Add white beans and mashed avocado to toast.  

Season with a teaspoon of salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
